Nails Hair Lashes Make-up PMU 

 these are the divisions for those participating in the arena 

Division 

Division I- Debut ,Junior,  Debut Instructor, Junior Instructor 

Division II- Master ,Professional,  Master Instructor  , Professional  Instructor 

 Division III - Vip, Premium,Vip Instructor, Premium  Instructor, Premium JUDGE .

 

 Nomination of Participation and Time Allocation: 

1. Eyebrow Microblading Latex

Description: Creating eyebrows using the microblading technique, utilizing micro-needles to mimic hair strokes.

Time Allocation: 60 minutes

Evaluation Criteria: Precision of lines, naturalness of the effect, symmetry, and uniformity.

Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.

2. Eyebrow Shading Latex

Description: Applying shading to eyebrows to add volume and density using the shading technique.

Time Allocation: 60 minutes

Evaluation Criteria: Degree of shading uniformity, final appearance, color integrity, and durability.

Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.

3. Ombré Eyebrows Latex

Description: Dyeing eyebrows with an ombré effect, transitioning from a lighter shade to a darker one.

Time Allocation: 60 minutes

Evaluation Criteria: Smooth transition between shades, application technique, natural look, and durability.

Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.

4. Eyebrows Hair Stroke Latex

Description: Creating eyebrows using the hair stroke technique to achieve a natural appearance.

Time Allocation: 60 minutes

Evaluation Criteria: Realism of hair strokes, technical details, symmetry, and integration with the natural eyebrow shape.

Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.

5. 3D Eyebrow Combo (Hair Stroke + Shading)Latex

Description: Combining Hair Stroke and Shading techniques to create a detailed and realistic 3D effect.

Time Allocation: 90 minutes

Evaluation Criteria: Quality of the combined techniques, naturalness and depth of effect, symmetry, and integration with the face shape.

Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.

2. Participant Requirements:

Registration: Participants must register in advance according to the terms specified on the official competition website.

Required Documents: Each participant must submit a detailed description of the technique used, examples of previous work, and required documents to the organizers.

Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing their own latex, equipment, and necessary lighting. Organizers will provide the scanner and working table.

Dress Code and Protective Equipment: All participants must wear black clothing, face masks, and gloves during the competition.

3. Evaluation and Judging:

Judging Panel: The works will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges, including Liliana Domínguez and Tiziana Amicucci.

Evaluation Criteria: Works will be evaluated based on the criteria mentioned for each category, including technique, aesthetics, naturalness, and durability.

Judges' Decisions: The judges' decisions are final and cannot be contested.

4. Awards and Recognition:

Awards: Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each category, as well as excellence diplomas for all winners.

Recognition: Participants will receive detailed feedback from the judges, contributing to their further professional development.

5. Other Rules:

Professional Behavior: All participants must maintain a professional behavior throughout the competition.

Safety: Adherence to all hygiene and safety standards is mandatory.



General Evaluation Criteria for PMU Section – Briliant World Cup Poland

1. Technique Precision (4 points)

Description: The extent to which the applied technique adheres to the specific standards of each category. Detailed assessment of the execution of microblading, shading, ombré, hair stroke, or 3D combination.

Scoring:

1-2 points: Technique is inaccurate or incomplete.

3 points: Technique is correctly applied with minor shortcomings.

4 points: Technique is perfectly applied according to standards.

2. Final Appearance and Aesthetics (5 points)

Description: Evaluation of the final aesthetic appearance of the work, including naturalness and integrity of the results. How the technique integrates into the overall look of the eyebrow.

Scoring:

1-2 points: Final appearance is uneven or aesthetically unpleasing.

3 points: Final appearance is aesthetically pleasing and nearly uniform.

4-5 points: Final appearance is excellent, natural, and uniform.

3. Symmetry and Integration (6 points)

Description: Evaluation of symmetry and how well the work integrates with the natural shape of the face and eyebrows. Integration of the technique with the face structure.

Scoring:

1-2 points: Works are asymmetrical or poorly integrated with the face shape.

3-4 points: Works are symmetrical with minor integration issues.

5-6 points: Works are perfectly symmetrical and well integrated into the face shape.

4. Durability and Resistance (7 points)

Description: Evaluation of the durability and resistance of the applied results, including how well they hold up over time and under various conditions.

Scoring:

1-3 points: Results are not durable and deteriorate quickly.

4-5 points: Results are relatively durable with some signs of wear.

6-7 points: Results are very durable and resistant.

5. Creativity and Innovation (8 points)

Description: Evaluation of the level of creativity and innovation in using the technique and style applied. Originality and uniqueness of the work.

Scoring:

1-4 points: Works are standardized and lack creativity.

5-6 points: Works are somewhat innovative but not highly original.

7-8 points: Works are extremely creative and innovative, with a unique style.

6. Hygiene and Professionalism (9 points)

Description: Adherence to hygiene and professionalism standards during the technique application. Proper use of equipment and protective measures.

Scoring:

1-4 points: Hygiene and professionalism standards are unsatisfactory.

5-6 points: Standards are met but there is room for improvement.

7-9 points: Standards are excellently met, demonstrating high professionalism.

7. Improvements and Feedback (10 points)

Description: Ability to integrate previous feedback and make improvements in technique. Evolution and adaptability in applying techniques.

Scoring:

1-5 points: Participants have not shown significant improvements.

6-8 points: Participants have partially applied feedback and made improvements.

9-10 points: Participants have excellently integrated feedback and made significant improvements in technique.

1. Aquarelle Lips Latex


Description: Creating a natural, watercolor effect on the lips using the aquarelle technique.


Time Allocation: 60 minutes


Evaluation Criteria: Evenness of color application, blending technique, natural appearance, and color depth.

Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.

2. Lipstick Effect Latex


Description: Achieving a bold, opaque lipstick effect on the lips using a solid color application.


Time Allocation: 60 minutes


Evaluation Criteria: Color saturation, precision of the lip line, smoothness of application, and overall finish.

Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.
 

3. 3D Ombre Lips – Artistic Improvisations Latex


Description: Creating a 3D ombre effect on the lips with artistic improvisations, such as imitating a large smile or teeth using skin/white pigment.


Time Allocation: 90 minutes


Evaluation Criteria: Gradient transition between shades, creativity of artistic improvisations, naturalness of the 3D effect, and overall aesthetic integration.


Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex

6-7 points: Results are very durable and resistant.

5. Creativity and Innovation (8 points)

5-6 points: Work shows some innovation and originality.


7-8 points: Work is highly creative and unique.

6. Hygiene and Professionalism (9 points)

Scoring:


1-4 points: Hygiene and professionalism standards are inadequate.


5-6 points: Standards are met with some room for improvement.


7-9 points: Standards are excellently met, showing high professionalism.

 Regulations for Eyeliner PMU Section – Briliant World Cup Poland


Nomination of Participation and Time Allocation:


1. Eyeliner Lash Enhancement Latex 


Description: Enhancing the appearance of eyelashes by creating a subtle eyeliner effect that mimics the look of fuller lashes.


Time Allocation: 60 minutes


Evaluation Criteria: Precision of enhancement, naturalness of integration with natural lashes, color consistency, and overall effect.


Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.

2. Classic Eyeliner


Description: Applying a traditional, defined eyeliner that enhances the eye shape with a clean, precise line.


Time Allocation: 60 minutes


Evaluation Criteria: Line precision, symmetry, smoothness of application, and color uniformity.


Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.

3. Shading Eyeliner


Description: Creating a shaded eyeliner effect that blends smoothly from the lash line outward, providing a gradient look.


Time Allocation: 75 minutes


Evaluation Criteria: Gradient blending, color transition, smoothness of shading, and overall finish.

4. Soft Eyeliner


Description: Applying a soft, subtle eyeliner that provides a gentle definition without harsh lines.

Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.


2. PMU Artist Full Face (Latex Eyebrows, Lips, Eyeliner)


Description: A comprehensive category where participants create a full face PMU look incorporating eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner techniques on latex.


Time Allocation: 3 hours (total time for all three areas)


Eyebrows: 60 minutes


Lips: 60 minutes


Eyeliner: 60 minutes


Final Review and Touch-ups: 30 minutes



Evaluation Criteria:


Eyebrows: Precision of technique, symmetry, naturalness, and overall finish.


Lips: Evenness of color application, blending, natural appearance, and overall effect.


Eyeliner: Line precision, shading, integration with natural features, and overall aesthetic.


Overall Integration: Cohesiveness of the full face look, integration of each area with the others, and overall harmony.
