Nomination of Participation and Time Allocation:
1. Eyebrow Microblading Latex
Description: Creating eyebrows using the microblading technique, utilizing micro-needles to mimic hair strokes.
Time Allocation: 60 minutes
Evaluation Criteria: Precision of lines, naturalness of the effect, symmetry, and uniformity.
Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.
2. Eyebrow Shading Latex
Description: Applying shading to eyebrows to add volume and density using the shading technique.
Time Allocation: 60 minutes
Evaluation Criteria: Degree of shading uniformity, final appearance, color integrity, and durability.
Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.
3. Ombré Eyebrows Latex
Description: Dyeing eyebrows with an ombré effect, transitioning from a lighter shade to a darker one.
Time Allocation: 60 minutes
Evaluation Criteria: Smooth transition between shades, application technique, natural look, and durability.
Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.
4. Eyebrows Hair Stroke Latex
Description: Creating eyebrows using the hair stroke technique to achieve a natural appearance.
Time Allocation: 60 minutes
Evaluation Criteria: Realism of hair strokes, technical details, symmetry, and integration with the natural eyebrow shape.
Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.
5. 3D Eyebrow Combo (Hair Stroke + Shading)Latex
Description: Combining Hair Stroke and Shading techniques to create a detailed and realistic 3D effect.
Time Allocation: 90 minutes
Evaluation Criteria: Quality of the combined techniques, naturalness and depth of effect, symmetry, and integration with the face shape.
Latex: Participants must bring their own latex for this technique. Organizers will not provide latex.
2. Participant Requirements:
Registration: Participants must register in advance according to the terms specified on the official competition website.
Required Documents: Each participant must submit a detailed description of the technique used, examples of previous work, and required documents to the organizers.
Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing their own latex, equipment, and necessary lighting. Organizers will provide the scanner and working table.
Dress Code and Protective Equipment: All participants must wear black clothing, face masks, and gloves during the competition.
3. Evaluation and Judging:
Judging Panel: The works will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges, including Liliana Domínguez and Tiziana Amicucci.
Evaluation Criteria: Works will be evaluated based on the criteria mentioned for each category, including technique, aesthetics, naturalness, and durability.
Judges' Decisions: The judges' decisions are final and cannot be contested.
4. Awards and Recognition:
Awards: Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each category, as well as excellence diplomas for all winners.

Description: The extent to which the applied technique adheres to the specific standards of each category. Detailed assessment of the execution of microblading, shading, ombré, hair stroke, or 3D combination.
Scoring:
1-2 points: Technique is inaccurate or incomplete.
3 points: Technique is correctly applied with minor shortcomings.
4 points: Technique is perfectly applied according to standards.
2. Final Appearance and Aesthetics (5 points)
Description: Evaluation of the final aesthetic appearance of the work, including naturalness and integrity of the results. How the technique integrates into the overall look of the eyebrow.
Scoring:
1-2 points: Final appearance is uneven or aesthetically unpleasing.
3 points: Final appearance is aesthetically pleasing and nearly uniform.
4-5 points: Final appearance is excellent, natural, and uniform.
3. Symmetry and Integration (6 points)
Description: Evaluation of symmetry and how well the work integrates with the natural shape of the face and eyebrows. Integration of the technique with the face structure.
Scoring:
1-2 points: Works are asymmetrical or poorly integrated with the face shape.
3-4 points: Works are symmetrical with minor integration issues.
5-6 points: Works are perfectly symmetrical and well integrated into the face shape.
4. Durability and Resistance (7 points)
Description: Evaluation of the durability and resistance of the applied results, including how well they hold up over time and under various conditions.
Scoring:
1-3 points: Results are not durable and deteriorate quickly.
4-5 points: Results are relatively durable with some signs of wear.
6-7 points: Results are very durable and resistant.
5. Creativity and Innovation (8 points)

1-4 points: Hygiene and professionalism standards are unsatisfactory.
5-6 points: Standards are met but there is room for improvement.
7-9 points: Standards are excellently met, demonstrating high professionalism.
7. Improvements and Feedback (10 points)

Time Allocation: 60 minutes

2. Lipstick Effect Latex
Description: Achieving a bold, opaque lipstick effect on the lips using a solid color application.
