General Rules for Briliant World Cup Arena Championship
These rules apply to all 5 competition sections: Nails, Hair, Lashes, Make-up, and PMU (Permanent Makeup). Participants will be divided into divisions based on their level of experience and will compete in the relevant categories for each section.

Division I:
Debut: For participants with no previous competition experience.Junior: For participants with some experience, still early in their professional careers.
Debut Instructor: For instructors teaching basic techniques. Junior Instructor: For instructors with intermediate experience, mentoring beginner artists.
Division II:
Master: For experienced artists with advanced skills and several years in the field.
Professional: For those working at a high professional level with significant industry experience.
Master Instructor: For expert instructors in advanced techniques, responsible for training advanced students.
Professional Instructor: For instructors with solid professional knowledge, mentoring experienced technicians.

Participants can earn the title of Grand Prix Champion within each division, based on their performances and achievements.
Winning multiple Grand Prix Champion titles can help accumulate experience and recognition, allowing participants to gradually advance to the judging team.

We are pleased to announce that in each nomination and division of the competition, the top 5 places will be awarded as follows:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will receive a trophy and a certificate of achievement.
