 Debut: For participants new to the field of lash extensions with no prior competition experience.

Dress Code for the Championship:

We kindly remind all participants that there is a dress code for the first day of the championship and the Gala event:

Day 1 of the Championship:

Top: Participants must wear black t-shirts or black blouses.

Bottom: You may choose to wear pants or a skirt (please note, skirts should not be too short).

Acceptable options include jeans, elegant trousers, or a blazer to complete the look.

Gala Event:

Dress code: Formal attire in black.

Women: Evening dresses or elegant gowns.

Men: Suits.

Regulament:

1. Manechinul:Fiecare participant este responsabil să aducă propriul manechin. Organizatorii nu furnizează manechine.

Manechinul trebuie să fie în stare bună, fără defecte vizibile și pregătit corespunzător pentru aplicarea extensiilor de gene.
Manechinul poate avea o perucă și este permisă atașarea de flori sau bijuterii pe capul manechinului, cu condiția ca acestea să fie folosite cu bun simț și să nu încarce excesiv aspectul general.

2. Pregătirea Genei:Extensiile pot fi negre, maro sau colorate, în funcție de preferințele participantului

Extensiile trebuie aplicate folosind tehnica 4D-10D, asigurând un aspect uniform și estetic.Participantul poate alege orice lungime, curbură și grosime pentru gene, cu condiția să se respecte tehnica de volum aleasă (4D-10D)

3. Instrucțiuni de Aplicare:Aplicarea trebuie să fie realizată cu precizie și profesionalism, respectând standardele industriei.Fiecare participant trebuie să specifice scris într-o schemă clară ce lungime, grosime și curbură a folosit, pentru a facilita evaluarea de către judecători.Machiajul manechinului este permis, dar trebuie să fie discret și să nu exagereze, deoarece proba nu este una de fantezie.

4. Echipamente și Produse:

Participanții trebuie să își aducă propriile produse și echipamente necesare pentru aplicarea extensiilor de gene.

Utilizarea unor produse de calitate și echipamente corespunzătoare este obligatorie pentru asigurarea unui rezultat profesional.

5. Evaluare:Extensiile vor fi evaluate în funcție de tehnica aplicării, aspectul final, uniformitatea și creativitatea în utilizarea tehnicii 4D-10.Schema tehnică oferită de participant va ajuta judecătorii să evalueze corect utilizarea materialelor și a tehnicii.

6. Reguli de Concurs:Extensiile de gene trebuie aplicate conform regulilor competiției. Nerespectarea acestora poate duce la penalizări în punctajul final.

7. Judecători:Judecătorii vor evalua fiecare lucrare conform criteriilor stabilite, acordând punctaje în funcție de calitatea și tehnica aplicării, ținând cont de schema tehnică oferită. 

8. Prezentare:Manechinul trebuie prezentat într-un mod profesional, iar extensiile de gene trebuie să fie complet finalizate pentru evaluare

9. Reguli de Igienă: Toate uneltele și produsele utilizate trebuie să fie sterilizate corespunzător, respectând standardele de igienă.

10. Termeni și Condiții:Participanții trebuie să respecte termenii și condițiile stabilite de organizatori. Orice abatere poate afecta evaluarea finală.Acest regulament oferă flexibilitate în alegerea tehnicii și accesoriilor, dar pune accent pe profesionalism, naturalețe și respectarea proporțiilor estetice.

Rules:1. Mannequin:Each participant is responsible for bringing their own mannequin. Organizers will not provide mannequins.The mannequin must be in good condition, with no visible defects, and properly prepared for lash extension application.The mannequin can wear a wig, and flowers or jewelry can be attached to the head, as long as these additions are tasteful and do not overwhelm the overall look.

2. Lash Preparation:Lashes can be black, brown, or colored, according to the participant's preference.Extensions must be applied using the 4D-10D technique, ensuring a uniform and aesthetic result.Participants may choose any length, curl, and thickness for the lashes, as long as they adhere to the chosen volume technique (4D-10D).

3. Application Instructions:The application must be done with precision and professionalism, adhering to industry standards.Each participant must provide a written scheme specifying the length, thickness, and curl used to assist judges in evaluating the work.Mannequin makeup is allowed but should be modest and not overdone, as this is not a fantasy competition

4. Equipment and Products:Participants must bring their own products and equipment necessary for the lash extension application.The use of high-quality products and appropriate tools is mandatory to ensure a professional result.

5. Evaluation:Lashes will be evaluated based on the application technique, final appearance, uniformity, and creativity in the use of the 4D-10D technique.

The technical scheme provided by the participant will help judges accurately assess the materials and technique used.

6. Competition Rules:Lash extensions must be applied according to the competition rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties in the final score

7. Judges:Judges will evaluate each entry according to the established criteria, awarding points based on the quality and technique of the lash application, considering the technical scheme provided 

8. Presentation:The mannequin must be presented professionally, and the lash extensions must be fully completed and ready for evaluation.

9. Hygiene Rules:All tools and products used must be properly sterilized and meet hygiene standards

10. Terms and Conditions:Participants must adhere to the terms and conditions set by the organizers. Any deviation may affect the final evaluation.This regulation allows flexibility in the choice of technique and accessories but emphasizes professionalism, naturalness, and adherence to aesthetic proportions.

Regulament Profesional pentru Proba de Cap de Manechin – Arena Fantasy

1. Tema aleasă de participant: Fiecare participant își alege liber tema fantezistă. Creativitatea și originalitatea sunt încurajate, fără restricții în alegerea tematicii.

2. Aplicarea genelor:

Genele pot fi aplicate pe două părți: partea superioară și partea inferioară a ochilor manechinului.

Culori permise: Orice culoare este acceptată.

Lungime și curbura: Toate lungimile și tipurile de curbură sunt permise. Se pot mixa curburile pentru un efect divers.

Mix de grosimi și curbe: Participanții pot combina grosimi și curbe diferite pentru a crea un design unic și fantezist.

Fantezie de culori: Este permisă combinarea culorilor pentru a obține efecte artistice și inovatoare.

3. Stadiul de pregătire:

75% din lucrare trebuie să fie pregătită acasă, incluzând toate etapele majore ale designului.

În arenă, se permite finalizarea a 25% din lucrare, pentru ultimele detalii și ajustări.

4. Aplicarea genelor în arenă:

Genele trebuie realizate acasă, însă montarea lor va fi realizată în arenă, conform regulilor.

5. Accesorii și elemente decorative:

Sunt permise toate tipurile de accesorii precum pietre, sclipici, pene sau alte elemente decorative care să completeze designul.

Accesoriile trebuie să îmbunătățească și să fie în acord cu tema fantezistă aleasă de participant.

6. Timp alocat în arenă:

Participantul va avea 60 de minute pentru a finisa lucrarea în arenă, incluzând aplicarea genelor și ultimele ajustări pentru a completa designul fantezist.

7. Evaluare și criterii:

Criteriile de evaluare includ originalitatea, creativitatea, tehnica de execuție și respectarea tematicii fanteziste.

Rules for the Fantasy Mannequin Head Event – Arena

1. Theme Selection by Participant: Each participant is free to choose their own fantasy theme. Creativity and originality are highly encouraged, with no restrictions on the theme choice.

2. Lash Application:

Lashes can be applied on two areas: both the upper and lower lash lines of the mannequin’s eyes.

Allowed Colors: Any color is permitted.

Length and Curl: Any length and curl type are allowed. Participants can mix different curls for a more diverse effect.

Mix of Thickness and Curls: Participants can combine various thicknesses and curls to create a unique and fantasy-inspired design.

Color Creativity: Color blending and mixing are allowed to achieve artistic effects.

3. Preparation Level:

75% of the work must be completed at home, covering all major aspects of the design.

Only 25% of the work can be finalized in the arena, focusing on the finishing touches and final adjustments.

4. Lash Application in the Arena:

The lashes must be prepared at home, but their application will take place in the arena, according to the competition rules.

5. Accessories and Decorative Elements:

All types of accessories, such as stones, glitter, feathers, or other decorative elements, are allowed to enhance the design.

Accessories should complement the fantasy theme and contribute to the overall aesthetic

6. Time Allocated in the Arena:

Regulament Profesional – Proba de Cap de Silicon cu Extensii de Gene în Arena (Manechin cu Gene Incorporate)

1. Tipul de extensii de gene:

Fiecare participant trebuie să aleagă dacă aplică extensii de tip 1D, 2D sau 3D pe capul de silicon. Alegerea tehnicii este obligatorie și va influența evaluarea finală, iar rezultatul trebuie să fie conform standardului de naturalețe.

Participanții pot folosi gene bandă speciale, extensii individuale sau pot lucra pe manechine cu gene deja incorporate. Manechinele cu gene preexistente sunt permise și pot fi utilizate ca bază pentru aplicarea extensiilor suplimentare.

2. Culoarea genelor:

Genele trebuie să fie negre, pentru a asigura un aspect uniform și realist, indiferent de tehnica 1D, 2D sau 3D aleasă.

3. Lungimea genelor.

Toate lungimile sunt permise, însă trebuie să fie alese astfel încât să contribuie la un rezultat natural. Lungimile variabile sunt acceptate dacă sunt în conformitate cu aspectul general realist.

4. Curbura genelor:

Se acceptă toate tipurile de curbură (C, D, CC etc.), iar participanții pot combina curburile pentru a crea un efect armonios. Alegerea curburii trebuie să contribuie la un rezultat natural.

5. Grosimea genelor:

Toate grosimile sunt permise, însă trebuie selectate astfel încât să ajute la obținerea unui efect natural, fie că se lucrează pe gene preexistente sau cu extensii aplicate de la zero.

6. Aplicarea genelor:

Participanții trebuie să aleagă între tehnicile 1D, 2D sau 3D și să aplice genele cu precizie profesională. Fie că se folosesc gene bandă, extensii individuale sau gene deja prezente pe manechin, tehnica trebuie să imite o lucrare reală pe o persoană.

În cazul manechinelor cu gene preexistente, extensiile suplimentare trebuie aplicate cu aceeași atenție pentru a asigura un rezultat natural și uniform.

7. Timp alocat:

Participanții vor avea la dispoziție 2 ore pentru a finaliza aplicarea extensiilor de gene, simulând un proces complet de salon. Aceasta include aplicarea genelor, indiferent de metoda aleasă (1D, 2D sau 3D).

8. Accesorii:

Nu sunt permise alte accesorii decorative (pietre, sclipici etc.), deoarece această probă se concentrează exclusiv pe tehnica aplicării genelor, similare cu aplicarea lor într-un salon profesional.

Naturalității rezultatului și a aspectului final, indiferent dacă s-au folosit gene preexistente sau nu.

Each participant must choose between applying 1D, 2D, or 3D lash extensions to the silicone head. The choice of technique is mandatory and will influence the final evaluation, with the result needing to meet the standard of naturalness.

Participants may use special strip lashes, individual lash extensions, or work on mannequins with pre-existing lashes. Mannequins with pre-attached lashes are permitted and can be used as a base for applying additional extensions.

2. Lash Color:

The lashes must be black to ensure uniformity and realism, regardless of whether 1D, 2D, or 3D techniques are chosen.

3. Lash Length:

All lengths are allowed but must be selected to contribute to a natural look. Varying lengths are acceptable as long as they align with the overall natural aesthetic.

4. Lash Curl:

All curl types (C, D, CC, etc.) are permitted. Participants may combine curls to create a harmonious effect. The choice of curl must enhance the natural result.

5. Lash Thickness:

Any thickness is allowed but should be chosen to contribute to a natural effect, whether working on pre-existing lashes or applying extensions from scratch.

6. Lash Application:

Participants must select between 1D, 2D, or 3D techniques and apply the lashes with professional precision. Whether using strip lashes, individual extensions, or pre-existing lashes on the mannequin, the technique must mimic real-life application on a person

For mannequins with pre-existing lashes, additional extensions should be applied with care to ensure a natural and uniform final result.

7. Time Allotted:

Participants will have 2 hours to complete the application of lash extensions, simulating a full salon process. This includes the preparation and application of lashes using the chosen method (1D, 2D, or 3D).

8. Accessories:

No decorative accessories (stones, glitter, etc.) are allowed, as this competition focuses exclusively on lash extension techniques, reflecting real-world salon application.

9. Evaluation and Criteria:

The evaluation will be based on:

Naturalness of the result and the final look, regardless of whether pre-existing lashes were used or not.

Technique and uniformity of lash application according to the chosen 1D, 2D, or 3D method.

Cleanliness and precision in lash placement and adherence to natural proportions.

This regulation allows flexibility in choosing the 1D, 2D, or 3D technique while ensuring a professional standard for lash extension application within the context of the competition.

1. Tipul de Gene: Participanții trebuie să creeze un set de gene fantasy pe bază de gene bandă, realizate manual și nu cumpărate. Genele vor fi prezentate pe o casetă de gene pentru evaluare în arenă.

2. Temă Liberă: Fiecare participant poate alege tema lucrării sale, fără restricții de concept sau creativitate.

3. Permisii: Se pot folosi orice culori, lungimi și curbe, iar accesorii precum sclipici, pietre, pene sunt permise pentru a crea un design inovator.

4. Condiții de Aplicare: Genele trebuie lipite pe o casetă de gene, lucrate complet acasă, iar genele cumpărate nu sunt acceptate.

5. Fotografii și Video: Participanții sunt încurajați să facă poze înainte, în timpul și după crearea genelor pentru a dovedi că setul a fost realizat de ei. Opțional, procesul poate fi filmat pentru autenticitate.

6. Gene pentru Practică: Participanții pot folosi casete speciale de practică sau gene bandă rare, care permit crearea propriei lucrări. Pozele cu starea inițială a casetei sunt necesare pentru a demonstra munca personală.

7. Evaluarea: Judecătorii vor evalua pe baza creativității, tehnicii, inovației și aspectului general. Fiecare set de gene va fi prezentat pe caseta pregătită.

8. Prezentarea: Genele trebuie aduse finalizate pentru evaluare. Orice nerespectare a cerințelor va duce la descalificare.

Scop: "Fantasy Lash Box Challenge" urmărește să evidențieze creativitatea și măiestria tehnică, participanții fiind încurajați să exploreze idei inovatoare și să demonstreze autenticitatea lucrărilor lor prin dovezi foto si video.

"Fantasy Lash Box Challenge"

1. Type of Lashes: Participants must create a set of fantasy lashes based on strip lashes, made entirely by hand and not purchased. The lashes will be presented on a lash box for evaluation in the arena.

2. Free Theme: Each participant may choose their own theme, with no restrictions on concept or creativity.

3. Allowed Materials: Any colors, lengths, and curls are permitted. Accessories such as glitter, stones, and feathers are allowed to create an innovative design.

4. Application Conditions: Lashes must be attached to a lash box and fully prepared at home. Purchased or pre-made lashes are not accepted.

5. Photos and Videos: Participants are encouraged to take photos before, during, and after the creation process to prove the work is their own. Optionally, the process can be filmed for added authenticity.

6. Practice Lashes: Participants may use special practice lash trays or sparse strip lashes to create their work. Photos of the initial state of the lash box are required to demonstrate personal effort.

7. Evaluation: Judges will assess based on creativity, technique, innovation, and overall appearance. Each set of lashes must be presented on the prepared lash box.

8. Presentation: Lashes must be brought finished for evaluation. Failure to meet the requirements will result in disqualification.

Purpose: The "Fantasy Lash Box Challenge" aims to showcase creativity and technical mastery, encouraging participants to explore innovative ideas and demonstrate the authenticity of their work through photographic & Video evidence.

"Poster Advertising Lashes Fantasy" A3 - A4 Format fotografic

1. Conceptul Posterului: Participanții trebuie să creeze un poster publicitar pentru extensii de gene fantasy. Posterul ar trebui să fie realizat în așa fel încât să poată apărea pe coperta unei reviste de beauty, punând în valoare arta aplicării genelor.

2. Teme și Creativitate: Posterul trebuie să fie vizual impactant, iar participanții pot alege una dintre următoarele teme:

Gene Fantasy: Designuri creative și artistice.

Gene pentru Mireasă: Stiluri elegante, delicate, perfecte pentru nunți.

Gene pentru Seară: Gene lungi și sofisticate, potrivite pentru look-urile de seară.

Gene Colorate de Vară: Gene luminoase, inspirate de culorile verii.

Gene Neon pentru Club: Gene îndrăznețe, neon, perfecte pentru o ieșire nocturnă.

Gene Naturale de Business: Gene simple, potrivite pentru o femeie de afaceri.

Gene Extravagante: Gene foarte lungi și unice.

Gene cu Pietre: Gene ornate cu pietre prețioase, tip Brilliant Lashes.

3. Cerințe pentru Poster:

Genele modelului trebuie să fie punctul central al posterului.

Participanții pot folosi orice culori, lungimi și curbe, în funcție de tema aleasă.

Posterul trebuie să conțină și text minimalist, cum ar fi denumiri de branduri sau sloganuri, pentru a imita o copertă de revistă. 

4. Accesorii Permise: Participanții pot folosi sclipici, pene, pietre sau alte elemente decorative pentru a îmbunătăți genele. Machiajul modelului poate fi folosit pentru a susține tema generală.

5. Procesul de Creație: Posterele trebuie create acasă, în liniște și confort. După finalizare, participanții vor aduce o fotografie imprimată în format A3 sau A4 în arenă. Fotografia trebuie să fie bine realizată, profesională.

6. Prezentarea Finală: Posterele vor fi prezentate și evaluate în arenă pe 16-17 noiembrie, la Katowice Hotel Marriott Courtyard.

7. Evaluare: Posterele vor fi evaluate pe baza:

Creativității și originalității designului de gene.

Calității și execuției tehnicii de aplicare a genelor.

Impactului vizual al posterului, profesionalismului și potrivirea sa pentru o copertă de revistă.

Respectării temei alese și modului în care genele sunt integrate în concept.

Bridal Lashes: Elegant, soft styles perfect for weddings.

Evening Glam Lashes: Sophisticated, long lashes suitable for night looks.

Summer Vibes: Bright, colorful lashes inspired by summer.

Neon Club Lashes: Bold, neon lashes perfect for a night out.

Natural Business Lashes: Simple, everyday lashes for a professional look.

Extravagant Lashes: Extra long, bold, and unique designs.

Lashes with Gems: Lashes adorned with stones or jewels, like Brilliant Lashes.

3. Poster Requirements:

The model’s lashes must be the central focus of the poster.

Participants may use any colors, lengths, and curls for the lashes, depending on the theme chosen.

The poster should include minimalist text, such as brand names, taglines, or product names, to simulate a real magazine cover.

4. Allowed Accessories: Participants are allowed to use glitter, feathers, stones, or other decorative elements to enhance the lashes. Makeup on the model can also be used to support the overall theme.

5. Creation Process: Posters must be created at home, in a calm and comfortable environment. After completion, participants will submit one printed photo in either A3 or A4 format in the arena. The presentation must include a well-executed, professionally photographed image of their design.

6. Final Presentation: Posters will be presented in the arena on November 16-17 at the Katowice Hotel Marriott Courtyard for evaluation.

7. Evaluation: The posters will be judged based on:

Creativity and originality of the lash design.

Quality and execution of the lash work.

Visual impact of the overall poster, as well as its professionalism and suitability for a magazine cover.

Adherence to the chosen theme and how well the lashes are integrated into that theme.

8. Poster Themes:

Fantasy: Bold, artistic designs with no restrictions.

Bridal: Soft and elegant, suitable for wedding makeup.

Acest regulament a fost creat în exclusivitate de Rodica Munteanu, în colaborare cu comitetul de judecători din secțiunea lashes din cadrul Briliant World Cup. Este strict interzisă copierea, reproducerea, distribuirea sau utilizarea acestui regulament în orice alte campionate, evenimente sau competiții, fără consimțământul expres, în scris, al creatorului.

Orice utilizare neautorizată va fi considerată o încălcare a drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală și va atrage măsuri legale în conformitate cu legislația în vigoare. Toți cei care vor încerca să copieze sau să folosească acest regulament fără permisiune pot fi trași la răspundere în instanță.
