Rules for the "Fantasy Nails" Nomination at the Poland Championship

Nomination Description:
In this category, participants must prepare a set of nails at home and assemble them in the arena. The model must be ready with makeup, hairstyle, and costume, creating a complete fantasy both on the nails and in the overall presentation of the model. The theme is open, and each participant can come with their own creative interpretation. Participants have the opportunity to prepare in advance and bring all necessary materials to the arena.
- Participation Rules:
1. Preparation of Nails:
- Nails must be fully prepared before entering the arena. This includes extensions, decorations, and any other design elements needed.
- Modifying or adjusting the nail design outside the arena is not allowed. Only the assembly of the nails on the model is to be done in the arena.
2. Preparation of the Model:
- The model must be fully ready with makeup, hairstyle, and costume before entering the arena.
- Both the model and the nails must reflect a coherent fantasy theme. Participants are encouraged to be as creative and innovative as possible.
3. Assembly of Nails:
- Time allocated for assembling the nails on the model: 45 minutes
- The use of adhesives, gels, and other tools for assembling the nails is allowed, but all materials must be brought by the participant.
- No assistance from others is allowed during the assembly in the arena.
4. Advance Preparation:
- Participants may enter the arena before the competition begins to prepare, but without starting the assembly of the nails on the model.
- The time for assembly begins when the official start signal is given in the arena.
5. Evaluation and Judging:
- After the assembly is completed, participants must present their model to the jury for evaluation.
- Any further intervention on the nails or model after completing the assembly will result in disqualification.
Judging Criteria:
1. Originality and Creativity (20 points):
- The extent to which the nail design and overall concept are unique and innovative.
2. Adherence to the Fantasy Theme (20 points):
- The coherence and relevance of the nail design and model presentation to a fantasy theme.
3. Complexity and Technical Execution of Nails (20 points):
- The difficulty level of the techniques used and the quality of execution (precision, details, finesse).
4. Overall Presentation of the Model (20 points):
- How makeup, hairstyle, and costume contribute to the fantasy theme and complement the nail design.
5. Assembly and Attachment of Nails (10 points):
- The quality of assembling the nails on the model, stability, and overall finish of the nails after assembly.
6. Overall Visual Impact (10 points):
- The general impression created by the combination of nail design, model presentation, and chosen theme.
Maximum total points: 100

Opis kategorii:
W tej kategorii uczestnicy muszą przygotować zestaw paznokci w domu i zamontować je na arenie. Model musi być gotowy z makijażem, fryzurą i strojem, tworząc kompletną fantazję zarówno na paznokciach, jak i w ogólnym wyglądzie modela. Temat jest dowolny, a każdy uczestnik może przedstawić swoją własną interpretację kreatywną. Uczestnicy mają możliwość przygotowania się wcześniej i przyniesienia wszystkich niezbędnych materiałów na arenę.
Zasady Uczestnictwa:
1. Przygotowanie paznokci:
- Paznokcie muszą być w pełni przygotowane przed wejściem na arenę. Obejmuje to przedłużenia, dekoracje i wszelkie inne niezbędne elementy projektu.
- Niedozwolone jest modyfikowanie lub dostosowywanie projektu paznokci poza areną. Na arenie można jedynie zamontować paznokcie na modelu.
2. Przygotowanie modela:
- Model musi być w pełni gotowy z makijażem, fryzurą i kostiumem przed wejściem na arenę.
- Zarówno model, jak i paznokcie muszą odzwierciedlać spójną tematykę fantazji. Uczestnicy są zachęcani do bycia jak najbardziej kreatywnymi i innowacyjnymi.
3. Montaż paznokci:
- Czas przeznaczony na montaż paznokci na modelu: 45 minut
- Do montażu paznokci można używać klejów, żeli i innych narzędzi, ale wszystkie materiały muszą być przyniesione przez uczestnika.
- Niedozwolona jest pomoc innych osób podczas montażu na arenie.
4. Przygotowanie z wyprzedzeniem:
- Uczestnicy mogą wejść na arenę przed rozpoczęciem konkursu, aby się przygotować, ale bez rozpoczynania montażu paznokci na modelu.
- Czas na montaż zaczyna się, gdy w arenie zostanie podany oficjalny sygnał startu.
5. Ocena i Sędziowanie:
- Po zakończeniu montażu uczestnicy muszą zaprezentować swój model przed jury do oceny.
- Wszelkie dalsze ingerencje w paznokcie lub model po zakończeniu montażu będą skutkować dyskwalifikacją.
Kryteria Sędziowania:
1. Oryginalność i kreatywność (20 punktów):
- W jakim stopniu projekt paznokci i ogólny koncept są unikalne i innowacyjne.
2. Zgodność z tematyką fantazji (20 punktów):
- Spójność i trafność projektu paznokci oraz prezentacji modela w odniesieniu do tematyki fantazji.
3. Złożoność i technika wykonania paznokci (20 punktów):
- Poziom trudności użytych technik i jakość wykonania (precyzja, detale, wykończenie).
4. Ogólna prezentacja modela (20 punktów):
- Jak makijaż, fryzura i strój przyczyniają się do tematu fantazji i uzupełniają projekt paznokci.
5. Montaż i mocowanie paznokci (10 punktów):
- Jakość montażu paznokci na modelu, stabilność i ogólne wykończenie paznokci po montażu.
6. Ogólny efekt wizualny (10 punktów):
- Ogólne wrażenie stworzone przez połączenie projektu paznokci, prezentacji modela i wybranego tematu.
Maksymalna liczba punktów: 100
Uczestnicy są zachęcani do bycia jak najbardziej kreatywnymi i do eksplorowania nowych technik i stylów, aby dodać oryginalności i fantazji do konkursu. Powodzenia wszystkim!

Descrierea nominației:
În această categorie, participanții trebuie să pregătească un set de unghii acasă și să le monteze în arenă. Modelul trebuie să fie pregătit cu machiaj, coafură și îmbrăcăminte, creând astfel o fantezie completă atât pe unghii, cât și în prezentarea generală a modelului. Tema este liberă, iar fiecare participant poate veni cu propria interpretare creativă. Participanții au posibilitatea de a se pregăti în avans și de a aduce toate materialele necesare în arenă.
Regulament de Participare:
1. Pregătirea unghiilor:
- Unghiile trebuie să fie complet pregătite înainte de a intra în arenă. Aceasta include extensii, decoruri și orice alte elemente de design necesare.
- Nu este permisă modificarea sau ajustarea designului unghiilor în afara arenei. Tot ce rămâne de făcut în arenă este montarea unghiilor pe model.
2. Pregătirea modelului:
- Modelul trebuie să fie gata din punct de vedere al machiajului, coafurii și costumului înainte de intrarea în arenă.
- Modelul și unghiile trebuie să reflecte o temă de fantezie coerentă. Participanții sunt încurajați să fie cât mai creativi și inovatori.
3. Montarea unghiilor:
- Timp alocat pentru montarea unghiilor pe model: 45 de minute
- Este permisă utilizarea de adezivi, geluri și alte instrumente pentru montarea unghiilor, dar toate materialele trebuie să fie aduse de către participant.
- Nu este permis ajutorul din partea altor persoane în timpul montării în arenă.
4. Pregătirea în avans:
- Participanții pot intra în arenă înainte de începerea competiției pentru a se pregăti, dar fără a începe montarea unghiilor pe model.
- Timpul pentru montare începe în momentul în care se dă startul oficial în arenă.
5. Evaluare și Jurizare:
- După finalizarea montării, participanții trebuie să prezinte modelul în fața juriului pentru evaluare.
- Orice intervenție ulterioară asupra unghiilor sau modelului după finalizarea montării va duce la descalificare.
Criterii de Jurizare:
1. Originalitate și creativitate (20 puncte):
- În ce măsură designul unghiilor și conceptul general sunt unice și inovatoare.
2. Respectarea temei de fantezie (20 puncte):
- Coerența și relevanța designului unghiilor și a prezentării modelului față de o temă de fantezie.
3. Complexitatea și tehnica execuției unghiilor (20 puncte):
- Nivelul de dificultate al tehnicilor utilizate și calitatea execuției (precizie, detalii, finețe).
4. Prezentarea generală a modelului (20 puncte):
- Modul în care machiajul, coafura și costumul contribuie la tema fanteziei și completează designul unghiilor.
5. Montarea și fixarea unghiilor (10 puncte):
- Calitatea montării unghiilor pe model, stabilitatea și finisajul general al unghiilor după montare.
6. Impactul vizual general (10 puncte):
- Impresia generală creată de combinația dintre designul unghiilor, prezentarea modelului și tema abordată.
Total maxim de puncte: 100
Participanții sunt încurajați să fie cât mai creativi și să exploreze noi tehnici și stiluri pentru a aduce un plus de originalitate și fantezie competiției. Succes tuturor!

Правила для номинации "Fantasy Nails" на чемпионате в Польше

В этой категории участники должны подготовить набор ногтей заранее и собрать их в арене. Модель должна быть полностью готова: макияж, прическа и костюм должны создавать полный фантазийный образ как на ногтях, так и в общем виде модели. Тематика открыта, и каждый участник может представить свою креативную интерпретацию. Участникам разрешено подготовиться заранее и принести все необходимые материалы в арену.
Правила участия:
1. Подготовка ногтей:
Ногти должны быть полностью подготовлены до входа в арену. Это включает наращивание, декорирование и любые другие необходимые элементы дизайна.
Модификация или изменение дизайна ногтей за пределами арены не допускается. В арене можно только крепить ногти на модель.
2. Подготовка модели:
Модель должна быть полностью готова: макияж, прическа и костюм должны быть завершены до входа в арену.
Как ногти, так и внешний вид модели должны отражать единую фантазийную тему. Участникам рекомендуется проявить максимум креативности и инноваций.
3. Крепление ногтей:
Время, отведенное на крепление ногтей на модель: 45 минут.
Разрешено использование клея, гелей и других инструментов для крепления ногтей, но все материалы должны быть принесены участником.
Помощь других лиц при креплении ногтей в арене не разрешается.
4. Предварительная подготовка:
Участники могут войти в арену до начала соревнования для подготовки, но без начала процесса крепления ногтей на модель.
Время на крепление ногтей начинается после официального сигнала о начале соревнования в арене.
5. Оценка и судейство:
После завершения крепления ногтей участники должны представить свою модель на судейство.
Любое дальнейшее вмешательство в дизайн ногтей или внешний вид модели после завершения крепления приведет к дисквалификации.
